We were delighted to have William from TFL come in and share practical tips on how to keep safe and be aware of surroundings and actions while using the TFL network for year 9 students. 

These workshops aim to empower students to recognise and respond safely to incidents that may occur whilst moving around London  and forms part of a programme of policing activity to eradicate unwanted sexual behaviour on London's transport network.

The workshop underlined the message that If everyone makes a report to TFL, they will be listened to, taken seriously and treated in a sensitive manner. 

Empowering students is important to us. The school continues to offer all students access to free martial arts on a wednesday with our partners Sanjuro Martial Arts. Please register with Ms SIlvas if this is of interest - lessons will be taking place in Drama 1 whilst we have continued building works.
