House System

All students are in one of six houses, named after women of achievement:

Mary Seacole 
Marie Curie
Mary Shelley
Hypatia of Alexandria
Georgia O’Keeffe
Aretha Franklin

House Points

Students accrue points for themselves, their tutor group, their year group and their house. House points are then totalled and awards presented at the end of each year after sports day. 

Students have opportunities to compete against each other during our annual Sports Day 

Students also coach pupils from primary schools in sports and performing arts events as part of their Sports Leaders and Dance Leaders award. Previous fund raising events include students from the House Student Leadership Team
