The Role of the Governing Body
The role of the Governing Body is to:
- Ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction of the school;
- Hold the Headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its students, and the performance management of staff; and
- Oversee the financial performance of the school and make sure its money is well spent.
All Governors agreed to follow a Code of Conduct. There are no associate members of our governing body.

Senior Leadership Team Pay
Employees paid between £60,000 and £70,000
Employees paid between £100,000 and £110,000
Employees paid between £110,000 and £120,000
