The Role of the Governing Body
The role of the Governing Body is to:
- Ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction of the school;
- Hold the Headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its students, and the performance management of staff; and
- Oversee the financial performance of the school and make sure its money is well spent.
All Governors agreed to follow a Code of Conduct. There are no associate members of our governing body. The school does not have over 250 employees and is not required to report on the Gender Pay Gap
