What is EduLink One

Edulink One is a parent portal and communication app that keeps your child’s school information in one place, meaning you are more informed and involved in their learning journey.

How do I access Edulink One?

EduLink can be accessed via an Android or iOS app or any web browser.

If you have not yet received your login details or you are experiencing any difficulties logging in, please contact the school who will be able to help you.

You can download the Edulink One app on Google Play or App Store.

Alternatively go to https://www.edulinkone.com/#!/login?code=HSG to use in the browser format.

What information will I see about my child?

Homework

You can keep an eye on what homework has been assigned for each subject and if your child has submitted it.

Behaviour and Achievement

View points awarded for achievements and/or negative behaviour – see what’s happened at school which keeps you in the loop and allows you to support your child better.

Attendance

See if your child is in class in real time and their attendance records.

Timetable, Calendar & Noticeboard

You and your child can access their school timetable at any time as well as viewing the latest information on the noticeboard.

Reports

To access your child’s report, once logged in click on the Documents icon to open the documents window. All documents are visible in the table.

Parents and students can view the fields of the documents at the top of the table, including the filename, type, date and they are able to download a copy of the document. This is in PDF format.

Recent reports will also be visible to parents in Messages in EduLink One. Documents sent to parents can be viewed in the Received folder in messages.

Parents' Evening Bookings

As a parent, you can book a Parents’ Evening slot by logging in to your Edulink One account.
