Our steel pans concert took place on Tuesday 7 July, providing an opportunity for parents to enjoy the students' hard work and practice, as well as an introduction to the school for our newest cohort joining us. We were delighted that the weather turned out wonderfully hot as we welcomed our new Year 7 families, alongside our established year groups, for our 22nd Summer Concert.

The school catering team supported with food, and our lovely volunteers from the HSA were on hand with a pre-loved uniform sale and providing the drinks and refreshments for our school community. Lots of funds were raised for the school as a result, so thank you for your generous contributions.

We were serenaded by a broad medley of songs from different genres, once again beautifully curated by the talented Chris Storey.

We couldn't leave the event without thanking all of our staff, Ms Rooke and the Administation Team, Dina and the catering team, our site team, but really, each and every performer and their families for sharing our space together and celebrating Steel Pans.

A final note to look ahead! Our Open Mornings are coming up on 24 September and 2, 6 and 13 October, followed by our Open Evening on 1st October. Do come along if you'd like to see more of what the school has to offer.
