We were delighted to take some of our KS3 students to the Biblio-Buzz trip to Alexandra Palace Children's Book Award. 

Ms O'Sullivan, accompanied by Ms Dodd and Ms Alessi allowed students to meet amazing authors, get their books signed, take part in workshops and Q+A's as well as vote for the winner. As ever, our partnership with Pickled Pepper Books as well as our fantastic LRC team made this an adventure to remember!

Lucy Strange beat off tough competition to be crowned overall winner at the event. Our students were so excited to meet her among a number of authors as well as seeing legendary performance poet John Agard on stage!
