We were delighted to hear from alumni student Arissa who led the year 11 assembly on Monday to share her experience of 6th form. 

Arissa was a year 11 student last year and is now grappling with 4 subjects at Islington Collegiate Sixth form. Interested students from year 11 can look at the college on the following link https://ics.cola.org.uk/ Interest and applications are still open if this is a 6th form previously not considered. Arissa stressed keeping applications as broad as possible to give yourself the opportunity needed to find a placement that really challenges you to acheive well. 

Arissa gave a short talk aboout her journey to ICS and then took a couple of questions from students. She then very kindly stayed behind to speak with individuals and answer personal questions with them.
